About Jeanna Mastrocinque

My research focuses on the intersection of victimization and health with attention to specific underserved populations, including families and friends of homicide victims, families and friends who have experienced a suicide loss, and intimate partner violence (IPV) in the Deaf population. My work is both quantitative and qualitative, and explores health consequences for victims, and victims’ experiences with various response systems, including criminal justice, medical, mental health, and spiritual responses.
