About Janelle Wertzberger

Janelle Wertzberger is Assistant Dean and Director of Scholarly Communications at Gettysburg College’s Musselman Library. She manages the institutional repository, The Cupola: Scholarship at Gettysburg College, and provides leadership and vision for the scholarly communications program. She supports the research of undergraduate students and faculty and participates in an active information literacy instruction program. She is also involved in the design and implementation of library programs and learning series which support the curriculum, encourage critical thinking, and enliven the imagination.
Janelle earned her MLIS at the University of Texas-Austin. She also holds a M.A. in English from the University of Florida and a B.A. from Southwestern University in Georgetown, Texas.
