Prior to doctoral studies at UMass, I earned a Master of Science in Finance at Northeastern University and a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from Framingham State University. I have also worked at Standard & Poor's as Economics Editor and at IBC Financial Data (now an Informa company) as Statistical Analyst and Associate Editor.
