About James "Aaron" Sizemore

Dr. Sizemore received his doctor of pharmacy degree from the University of Kentucky in 2011. After graduation, he completed a pharmacy practice residency at Ephraim McDowell Regional Medical Center where he also completed a scholarship of teaching and learning program at the University of Kentucky. He has lectured on a variety of topics to multiple healthcare professionals, including pharmacy students, physician assistant students, and nurses.
 
Dr. Sizemore’s practice site is located at St. Mary’s Medical Center in Huntington, WV where he provides clinical pharmacy services in the Cardiovascular Intensive Care and Telemetry units. His areas of interest include cardiology and critical care.
 
Dr. Sizemore is certified in Basic Life Support, Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS), Pediatric Life Support, and is an ACLS instructor at St. Mary’s Medical Center. In 2012, Dr. Sizemore received his board certification in pharmacotherapy.
 
Dr. Sizemore is a member of the American Society of Health-Systems Pharmacists, the American College of Clinical Pharmacy, and the Society of Critical Care Medicine.
