Dr. Giselle Adriana Pereira Pignotti is an Assistant Professor in the Department of Nutrition, Food Sciences and Packaging at San José State University. Her research interests include determinants of healthy eating and strategies to improve dietary quality and practices with emphasis on dietary assessment, health disparities, food access, nutrition and health literacy, intuitive eating, cardiometabolic diseases, and bone metabolism.
