Gaelle Picherit-Duthler is an experienced administrator including serving as the Chair of the College of Communication and Media Sciences and the Acting Dean of Graduate Studies at Zayed University. Previously, she served as the Internship Coordinator, the Graduate Program Director, and the Associate Dean in the College of Communication and Media Sciences. Her academic expertise focuses on strategic communication, public relations, internal communication, CSR, social media, diversity, and global virtual teams. Her works appear in Public Relations Review, Journal of Public Relations Research, Journal of Middle East Media, Middle East Journal of Culture and Communication, and Public Relations Journal. She serves on the board of the Global Communication Institute and is an active member of the communication industry in the United Arab Emirates, including the Advertising Business Group and the Middle East Public Relations Association.
