Dr. Gabriel DiMattia is an associate professor in the Department of Oncology, Western University, researching cellular mechanisms governing how different forms of ovarian cancer take root and progress.

By targeting genes, pathways, and mechanisms behind various types of ovarian cancer, Dr. DiMattia hopes to identify potential biomarkers and therapeutic targets for women with the disease.
