Abstract
Drunk Driving is a journey of self-discovery told through the eyes of a most unlikely hero. He has a secret: he's destined for greatness. He has a problem: he hasn't a clue what to do about it. Some might say he hasn't much of a clue about anything. Part Silence of the Lambs, part Socratic dialogue, part Catcher in the Rye, Drunk Driving plays a humorous riff on coming of age in our day. Whatever one's goal- to be a college grad, star athlete, serial killer- growing up is a painful odyssey. Choosing the right road and living with that decision can be tough. But finding out who you really are can be terrifying.
