Dr. Karen Drage is an Associate Professor at Eastern Illinois University (EIU) teaching courses in Career and Technical Education.  Dr. Drage has a PhD from Southern Illinois University Carbondale with a major in Workforce Education and Development and an emphasis in Business Education and Educational Administration. Her research interests include secondary business education curriculum, out-of-field teaching, and perceptions of business education.
