About Devshikha Bose

Dr. Devshikha Bose started at Boise State University in 2013 and is currently a Senior Educational Development Specialist with The Center for Teaching and Learning(CTL). She earned a Ph.D. in instructional design and a M.Ed in secondary education with an emphasis on language arts both from Idaho State University; as well as a Post-graduate degree in education from the University of Calcutta, Loreto College; and an M.A. in English from Jadavpur University. Before joining the Boise State CTL, Dr. Bose worked as an Instructional Designer at Brenau University. Her research interests include student success, faculty development, and the integration of technology in teaching and learning. As an educational developer Dr. Bose supports faculty members enhance student success by helping them align course objectives to content, activities, assessments, and technology tools, leading to the achievement of maximum student learning outcomes. She also works with faculty to conduct research studies that enhance their scholarship of teaching and learning (SoTL) and publishes on the scholarship of educational development (SoEd).
