Clinical Assistant Professor of Nursing
Corinne Lee, Ph.D., MSN, is a clinical assistant professor of nursing at Sacred Heart University. Professor Lee began her nursing career in 1986. Her clinical interest and expertise was in neurology, specifically care of the population with multiple sclerosis. As a clinical nurse specialist, Professor Lee was highly sought after as a speaker and trainer for Multiple Sclerosis Care Center and pharmaceutical companies. With a desire to return to the clinical setting and focus on educational program development and teaching, Prof. Lee began her academic career in nursing. She has taught courses in the following areas of education: Clinical Instruction, Medical-Surgical, Community Health with a focus on underserved communities, nursing leadership and management, nursing research, and introductory courses to professional nursing.
Professor Lee has completed her Ph.D. at The Catholic University of America. Her dissertation focus is on the identification of risk factors for homelessness in the female veteran population.
