Internship Coordinator at Texas Southern University (TSU) in the School of Communication. He has served TSU, in particular the School of Communication, as a Visiting Assistant Professor, Summer Faculty, Faculty Overload, QEP Faculty, Instructor, Academic Advisor, as well as Miscellaneous and Special Services since 1997. Duncan, Jr. has served on several Departmental and University Committees and Faculty Advisor for several student campus organizations. Duncan spent ten years with the Texas Southern University Cross Country and Track & Field programs beginning in 1997. From 1998 to 2006, Duncan, Jr. served as the Head Coach for the Men's and Women's Cross Country Teams. As the Assistant Track and Field Coach, he primarily worked with the field event and distance personnel. Duncan led several "Flying Tigers" to SWAC Cross Country/Indoor and Outdoor individual championships, with five top nine finishes at the NCAA Indoor and Outdoor Track and Field Championships.
