About Cesar M. Rodriguez

Cesar is an Assistant Professor of Economics at Portland State University. His fields of interest include international finance and macroeconomics, growth and development economics, and Latin American economies. Prior to joining Portland State University in 2013 he held positions as an Economist and Young Professional at the Inter-American Development Bank. He holds a PhD and a MA in Economics from the University of Pittsburgh, and a BA from the Universidad de la Republica, Uruguay.
