About Cesar M. Rodriguez

Cesar is an Associate Professor in the Department of Economics at Portland State University His research interests are International Macroeconomics, Growth and Development Economics, Latin American Economies. Prior to joining Portland State University he worked at the Inter-American Development Bank. He holds a PhD and a MA in Economics from the University of Pittsburgh, and a BA from the Universidad de la Republica, Uruguay.
