Abstract
This paper examines investigation of the TEAM instrument, including analyses of the 2011-2012
data. This report summarizes three sets of activities. The first is a set of analyses evaluating the
differences, if any, between scores from announced and unannounced teacher observations. The
second set of tasks is geared at recommending the possible simplification of the TEAM rubrics
