During my years of practice, I concentrated on bankruptcy, contracts, and corporate law. I joined the faculty at Denver University in 2004, where I received the Mentorship Award and was nominated for Most Outstanding Faculty Member and Most Engaging Professor in 2006. A graduate of Haverford College, I earned my juris doctor with honors from George Washington University National Law Center in 1993. I hold a doctorate from New York University, Institute for Law and Society.
