I am interested in how human service organizations and community-based practitioners learn, perform, and innovate. My research concerns relationships between frontline conditions, managers, organizational structures and processes, and the broader institutional political economy and in ways reflecting my interest in service improvement, organizational risk and resilience, and cross-sector capacity building. These emphases reflect attention to organizational development and leadership in integrated practice settings.
