Angela Carman, M.B.A., Dr.P.H., is a faculty member at the UK College of Public Health. Her research interests include strategies for organizing and financing public health services for underserved populations, and quality improvement. Dr. Carman received a B.S. degree in business administration from Berea College, a masters in business administration from Eastern Kentucky University, and her Dr.P.H. from UK.
