Professor Johnson is a commercial arbitrator for the American Arbitration Association specializing in simple and complex commercial disputes in intellectual property, licensing, and technology-related industries. Johnson is also Professor of Law, Emeritus, at California Western School of Law and a member of the D.C. Bar. Johnson teaches business-related courses, International Business Transactions, Public International Law, International Arbitration, Telecommunications, and Administrative Law. She is an expert in technology-based learning and executive director of the Center for Intellectual Property, Technology and Telecommunications, Inc., a 501 (c)(3) corporation, which provides internship opportunities for STEM learning and entrepreneurship for high school and college students. Johnson is a Harvard Law School graduate, '81.
