About Alex W. Bordino

Alex W. Bordino, Ph.D. is an Assistant Professor who teaches communication and digital media production. He is an experienced feature-film editor and event videographer who also dabbles in visual effects editing and audiovisual experimentation. Along with a body of scholarly work that includes cultural production research, postcolonial and critical race studies, global film history, and documentary studies, his current research focuses on the relationship between early cinema reenactments and modernity. He is also pursuing several experimental film projects.
