Dr. Albert Huang holds a doctorate in Business Computer Information Systems from the University of North Texas, in addition to degrees in finance and engineering. Dr. Huang has authored research papers in the areas of user interface, end-user training, Internet messaging, and educational computer systems. His research has been published in Decision Support Systems, Information & Management, Communications of AIS, Communications of ACM, and many other research journals. He is also a certified network engineer.
