Dr. Rais received her doctor of medicine from Saint James School of Medicine in 2016. She completed her family practice residency at the University of Arkansas for Medical Sciences Regional Programs in 2019. She completed her graduate certificate in academic medicine fellowship at the University of North Texas Health Science Center/Texas College of Osteopathic Medicine in 2019.
