About Adam C. Colson

Dr. Adam Colson started at Boise State University in 2016 and is an Assistant Professor in the Department of Chemistry and Biochemistry.  He received a Ph.D. in Inorganic Chemistry from Rice University and a B.S. in Chemistry from Idaho State University, and has worked in both the academic and industrial arena.  Dr. Colson previously worked as an Associate Research Scientist for the Dow Chemical Company’s Performance Materials Division of which he was instrumental in accomplishing 3 published U.S. patents and currently has 7 others pending publication.
