Perry Wallace is professor of law specializing in Environmental Law, Corporate Law and Finance. He is a member of the National Panel of Arbitrators, National Association of Securities Dealers Dispute Resolution and has recently been elected to the Board of Directors of the Environmental Working Group. He has written many chapters, articles and scholarly works on environmental issues, corporate governance and other issues.
