Before joining the faculty at OCU School of Law, Professor Mitchelson worked for the
Ford Foundation, the Southern Cooperative Development Fund, the Federal Deposit Insurance
Corporation, a private law firm, counsel to the Town of Langston, Okla., and the State of
Oklahoma (as an Administrative Law Judge). 

Professor Mitchelson received his B.A. from Williams College, his J.D. from Columbia
University, and his M.P.A. from Woodrow Wilson School of Public and International Affairs
of Princeton University. He directs the externship programs at OCU LAW including the
Government Practice Externship, Judicial Externship, and Litigation Practice Externship.
