Meg holds a BA (Law) from Waseda University, an MA (International and Business Law) from Yokohama National University and a PhD (Law) from the University of Queensland. Meg’s research interests lie in the issues concerning the regulation of the flow of information and the management of overseas students. She has published widely in the areas of copyright law, administrative law and civil procedure and practice in relation to these issues.
