LeEtta M. Schmidt received her B.A. in English Literature and her M.A. in Library
Science from the University of South Florida. She is now the Manager for Interlibrary
loan and Document Delivery at the Tampa library, and the Assistant Editor of the Journal
of Interlibrary Loan, Document Delivery, & Electronic Reserve. Leading in a
constantly changing field like Interlibrary loan has propelled her towards interests in
process improvement and automation, database design, web design, assessment, and
copyright.
