Since 1995, I've been a news researcher at NBC, The New York Times, and People magazine, filling information requests for reporters and other staff and training them to help themselves. In 2008, I joined the CUNY Graduate School of Journalism faculty as a research adjunct. I also do some sports writing and have won three United States Basketball Writers Association awards. Previously, I was an award-winning news and sports director at radio stations in Louisiana and Massachusetts, and a freelance production assistant at NBC Sports in New York. I have a B.A. in Broadcast Journalism from Hofstra University and an M.L.S. from the University at Albany.
