About Zoee Bartholomew

Dr. Zoee Bartholomew has dedicated her professional life to affecting the lives of individuals with disabilities, their families, and the organizations that serve them. Over the past 25 years, she has built a solid reputation in the behavior management field with experience as an Education Consultant, Program Director, Professor, Lecturer, Behavior Intervention Specialist, Resource Specialist, Special Education Teacher, and Recreational Leader. Based in Solano County, Dr. Bartholomew provides educational services to school districts, adult day programs, schools, and other private organizations. In addition to her professional practice, Dr. Bartholomew serves as an active advocate by serving as a Member of the California State Council of Developmental Disabilities Regional Advisory Committee of the North Bay Region, an Equity Partner of the Association of California School Administrators, Chairwoman of the Solano County Local Childcare Planning Council, Member of the Solano County Children’s Alliance, and Member of the Benicia Open Government Commission. She engages in all these voluntary duties to ensure legislative changes for youth and individuals with disabilities, as well as policy improvements in the education field.
