Abstract
人们相信，在培养大学毕业生方面，中国在数量上已经超过了美欧。在2014年，创纪录的749万应届毕业生进入劳动市场。他们当中的92.1%在毕业后六个月内找到了自己的工作，其中找到全职工作的占79.2%。这意味着超过一百万的应届毕业生处于工作不稳定或失业状态。
