EXTERIOR SURFACE COLOR: brown (10YR 5/4); fire clouding on the rim and body

WALL THICKNESS (RIM, BODY, AND BASE IN MM): 6.3 mm, neck

INTERIOR SURFACE TREATMENT: none

EXTERIOR SURFACE TREATMENT: smoothed

HEIGHT (IN CM): 13.5

ORIFICE DIAMETER (IN CM): 3.5

DECORATION: There is a single horizontal engraved line on the upper part of the bottle neck. The vessel body has a curvilinear scroll with two arms that meet in a large engraved open circle. Each scroll arm begins at an upper and lower triangular element on the vessel body. A red clay pigment has been rubbed in the engraved lines.
