DECORATION: The rim panel has an engraved bisected diamond motif (see Thurmond 1990) repeated six times around the vessel. The bisected diamond motif includes two opposed triangles whose apexes touch; within each large triangle are smaller excised triangles. There are two horizontal engraved lines on the interior of the vessel. The vessel is also red-slipped on both interior and exterior vessel surfaces.
