DECORATION (INCLUDING MOTIF AND ELEMENTS WHEN APPARENT): The rim panel has an engraved meandering scroll that is repeated six times around the vessel; the scrolls end in a hooked arm element. The central scroll line has small excised pendant triangles on it. The upper and lower scroll fill zones are filled with a series of vertical engraved lines.

PIGMENT USE AND LOCATION ON VESSEL: red pigment in the engraved lines
