DECORATION (INCLUDING MOTIF AND ELEMENTS WHEN APPARENT): The rim panel has an engraved motif that features two central circles with excised dots, two nested diamond elements, and a horizontal and vertical scroll line. Above and below the scroll lines are small pendant triangles and horizontal dash marks. The diamonds have a negative circle at its center that has been defined by excising.
