INTERIOR SURFACE COLOR: reddish-brown; fire clouds on the body and base

EXTERIOR SURFACE COLOR: brown; fire clouds on the rim, body, and base

WALL THICKNESS (IN MM): rim, 6.1 mm

INTERIOR SURFACE TREATMENT: smoothed

EXTERIOR SURFACE TREATMENT: burnished

HEIGHT (IN CM): 13.2

ORIFICE DIAMETER (IN CM): 23.6

DECORATION (INCLUDING MOTIF AND ELEMENTS WHEN APPARENT): The rim panel has an engraved horizontal scroll motif repeated 10 times around the vessel. On either side of the scrolls are one or two curvilinear engraved lines. The scroll motifs are divided by excised brackets.

PIGMENT USE AND LOCATION ON VESSEL: white pigment in engraved lines
