About Yetunde Olawuyi

Yetunde Olawuyi is a Postdoctoral Researcher at Prairie View A&M University. She holds a Ph.D. in Public Health/Community Nutrition (University of Ibadan), an M.Sc. in Human Nutrition and a B.Sc. degree in Food Science and Technology. Olawuyi’s research interest is in Public Health Nutrition which encompasses the assessment, promotion, protection and enhancement of health and the prevention of nutrition related diseases. She is an enthusiast of nutrition interventions to spur behavioral change across different populations for a better food system and enhanced Nutrition.
