Optimization of Shaft Size and Centralizer Span of Single Screw Pump in Declined Oil Well

Abstract
An analysis model of staff of single screw pump in declined oil well is established. Based on the analysis, a optimal model which takes maximum safety factor and minimum number of centralizers as objective function, subjects to four constraints: Static strength, fatigue strength, maximum deformation and the curve of well. The optimization model is studied by using dynamic programming. An example is completed to verify this method.

在对斜井中单螺杆抽油杆柱进行受力分析的基础上建立了适合于斜、直井的一般力学模型,在四个约束条件下同时考虑可靠性最大和扶正器数目最少两个优化目标,对斜、直井中单螺杆泵系统的杆柱的杆径和扶正器合理间距进行优化设计.四个约束条件分别为:1.组合变形的最大剪应力强度;2.疲劳强度;3.最大挠度;4.井眼曲线的尺寸.根据分层优化的方法,分解为两个层次优化,第一个层次给定杆径以杆长为设计变量,扶正器数目最小为目标;第二个层次以杆径为设计变量,可靠性最大为目标;借助动态规划的思想,由井深最大的设计井段向上逐段求解.并编制了优化设计程序,在文中给出了优化设计的计算实例.
