About Xia (Linda) Liu

Dr. Liu's research interests are in big data analytics, digital marketing and marketing strategy. Dr. Liu's research focuses on the functional role of big data and marketing analytics and how big data can provide insights and value to marketing professionals and how marketing scholars can utilize big data to derive consumer insights. Her research also includes digital marketing strategy, advertising and branding and their impacts on firm performance. In particular, Dr. Liu’s research centers on how marketing can play a more strategic role in helping firms improve their performance in the Digital Age.
