Within today’s complex information ecosystem and Web 2.0 promises, library patrons are faced with myriad options and libraries are just one of many viable information providers. Lest we forget, patrons today are considerably more tech savvy, with demands for immediate gratification, robust system performance, and a mentality of always-on service availability.
