Abstract
This study looked at the impact sustainable leaders have on the provision of financial sustainability for agricultural financing. Self-constructed questionnaires were administered to 80 conveniently sampled farmers who are also students in agriculture in Ghana. The research employed descriptive-correlational design. The results showed that there is a high positive significant relationship between sustainable leadership and financial sustainability. The features of financial sustainability were improved life, financial viability, financial selfsufficiency, and financial self-reliance. Sustainable leadership characteristics were visionary, team player, self-discipline and compassionate. Cooperative, government, donor, and selffunding are all sustainable means to fund agriculture. The study recommends that a team player with a cooperative financing mindset is what is needed to transform Africa's agricultural financing.
