Abstract
This paper explores the concept of financial fortitude as a crucial component of modern masculinity, positing that financial literacy and management are foundational to potent manhood. It investigates the relationship between financial independence, decision-making, and societal perceptions of masculinity. By examining the historical context and societal expectations, the study highlights how financial stability contributes to self-efficacy, confidence, and the ability to contribute positively to society. Key areas covered include the importance of financial literacy, strategic financial planning, and investment. The paper also addresses the psychological impact of financial stability on manhood, emphasizing the role of financial education in enhancing a man's ability to fulfill his responsibilities within the family and society. Ultimately, financial fortitude is presented as a comprehensive approach to managing resources wisely and responsibly, forming the bedrock of potent manhood characterized by independence, confidence, self-efficacy, and the capacity to make a positive impact on the family, community, and society.
