William Robert is Associate Professor of Religion at Syracuse University, where he is also affiliated with the Department of Women's and Gender Studies, the Program in LGBTQ Studies, and the Program in Medieval and Renaissance Studies. His work combines cultural, historical, philosophical, textual, and theological approaches and methods. He is particularly interested in intersections of mysticism and sexuality.
