Mysteries of the Crusader Rangeley Spinner

Abstract
Winchester Arms of New Haven, Connecticut is well know for the manufacturing of firearms. Less well know is that Winchester also made fishing tackle from 1923 to approximately 1933. This article discusses a Rangeley Fishing Spinner made by Winchester (i.e., the Crusader), and it's relationship to the The Maine Spinner and other similar looking spinners made in Maine.
