Fishing For History (an e-magazine) (2019)

Abstract
As the title states, this article traces the history of the Cupsuptic fishing spinner from the time it was first invented
by H, O, Stanley in Maine during the early 1900s until it was last made by the Enterprise Manufacturing Company (a.k.a., Pflueger) in Ohio in the 1950s. The subtle difference among the Cupsupic Spinners manufactured by various producers are shown in photographs and described in words.
