Abstract
This book discusses how the "Alaska model" (a menu of policies involving the use of revenue from common assets to support dividends and other goals) can be adapted for use elsewhere. It examines issues of implementation, showing that this model can be employed even in resource-poor areas in the industrialized and in the industrializing world.
