Abstract
「社會系統設計」是實現人類-機器人共存的一個重要概念，其核心思想在於發展外在環境中支持人機互動的多元社會規範以及藉由嵌入社會價值來確保機器人自律行為遵循「安全智能」的倫理基準。本演講將以「社會系統設計」為中心並結合日本特有的機器人文化語境，介紹日本政府對於建構未來「人類-機器人共存社會」中涉及去管制化與風險規制的相關施策。
