Internet Law Review (2013)

Abstract
The main characteristic of cloud computing - providing flexible utility-based services such as water and electricity - is enabled by huge data centers and virtualization technology. Although cloud computing has made computing power more effective as well as decreased business risks for middle and small companies to enter the market, contract issues and service level agreements from cloud computing will become even more remarkable. This article analyzes and argues current cloud computing's contracts and service level agreements from the perspective of accountability in order to point out controversial issues and possible solutions.
