Abstract
Corporate Governance issues are influenced who is managing the company and pattern of their shareholding. Higher share holding by a group or family brings high efficiency in terms of earning revenue, but the situation is vulnerable to conflict of interest. Author discusses analysis of Indian top companies governance vis-a-vis financial & market performance through case study of India's number four IT company Satyam Computers
