Abstract
This short paper explores ideas of embodiment in Nick Cave's 2008 album "Dig!!! Lazarus Dig!!!" with particular reference to David Brown's work in "God & Grace of Body" (2007) concluding that both see theological and artistic value in suffering bodies.
