Vane Gichana has been an assistant professor at St. Catherine in the School of Nursing since 2019. Previously, she was a professor at Rasmussen College in the School of Nursing since 2015. She has taught Pharmacology, and Medical - Surgical Nursing. Currently she teaches Holistic Care of Adults, Foundations of Nursing Holistic Care, Holistic Nursing: Reflection in Action clinical, and Global Communities and Public Health Clinical. She specializes in theory, lab, clinical, and simulation. She has previously served in the admissions Committee. She currently co-chairs in curriculum committee. She received her Master's in Health Care Leadership and Management from Bethel University in 2014. Vane Currently lives in Minnesota and enjoys yoga, meditation, travelling, reading and meeting new friends.
