Description

We discuss how qualitative evidence and additional dynamic systems analyses from our intact project teams validate our quantitative analysis of team dynamics. We next present our emerging research that examines the dynamic team processes in applied and situational contexts. Our collective evidence aligns with dynamic systems theories on how inter- and intrapersonal dynamics influence team success.
